Unlock Potential 360 is seeking a proactive insurance sales professional in New Mexico. You will reach out to clients seeking coverage, review needs, present options, and guide them through the purchase process. You’ll maintain ongoing communication and build long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates are highly coachable, self-motivated, and eager to obtain their state insurance license with company-supported licensing assistance and training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently, with support when needed.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
• Hungry, coachable and eager to grow with feedback.
