The role includes access to training, client management tools, warm leads (no cold calling), and ongoing coaching. Compensation is earned through client sales with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with support.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided).
