What will you be doing?

This role will be a key contributor in Circana’s relationship Albertsons, a leading Retail in the Grocery Channel. As contributor, you will manage and own key business groups and processes within Albertsons engagement. You will help grow Circana’s relationship with Albertsons by helping the retailer grow their business and outperform the competition. You will support the growth of the Albertsons Gateway program by maximizing Albertsons’s usage and adoption of Circana data and solutions, and supporting how Albertsons can better collaborate with their manufacturer partners. Overall, you will deliver a world-class client experience to a growing retailer partner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support exceeding revenue and favorable data contract terms through quality delivery of solutions, reporting, and insights
  • Utilize POS, Consumer Panel, Supply Chain, and eCommerce data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of retailer leadership and merchandising teams
  • Consult with retail clients on a full-range of Circana solutions, including custom projects
  • Serve as the key contact and subject-matter-expert for retailer-centric Thought Leadership
  • Coordinate and execute high quality on-going analytic and ad-hoc requests
  • Work as a strategic partner with a Circana client, serving as a leader of this critical relationship
  • Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization
  • Serve as a passionate advocate for the client in order to build their businesses; this may involve advocating a sales strategy in a challenging environment
  • Leads effective problem solving with client and internal team
  • Create indispensable, long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Retail/CPG insights, analytics, and/or client service
  • Demonstrated ability in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources (point-of-sale, panel, etc.) to address client business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and implications.
  • Unify+ technical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, NPD, or similar platforms is a requirement.
  • Excellent project management skills and tactics
  • Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Organized with natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to work cross functionally across Circana and across the Retailer organization.
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Experience interacting with senior-level client contacts in a collaborative solution-oriented way.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $150K to 160K.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
