What will you be doing?
As innovators in Big Data starting with POS, Circana is looking for professional and sharp analytic minds to deliver on the following for a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) client’s Marketing team:
- Answer general questions regarding Circana data
- Coordinate training support for the client
- Analyze data and present findings
The Client will include the Client Insights Manager in their team meetings, business reviews and brainstorming sessions.
The Client Insights Manager is a high energy and motivated individual that can evaluate research data, find key points, and recommend action steps to directly impact the bottom line for this client. Job Responsibilities
The Client Insights Managers at Circana possess and execute upon four key skill sets:
Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking it into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before making recommendations. Analytic and mathematical problem solving is a required skill.
Quality Control: Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity. Attention to details and understanding complex processes to ensure all process steps are completed and reviewed.
Planning and Organizing and Communicating: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion. Strong communication skills and project management capabilities.
Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met. On-going client interaction is a requirement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields
- Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or POS data
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
- Strong project management and process skills
- Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, USA.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00.
