Job Summary

A Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for the electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects involving Client Claims Processing. These claims may be received via EDI or Web Services. The analyst manages end-to-end implementation of new and existing workflows and acts as a subject matter expert for internal initiatives.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Manage client requests to access and customize Claritev Products using EDI and Web Services: Understand client needs, research current setup, design solutions, communicate timelines and risks, implement and validate solutions, perform testing, and monitor deployment.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Manage and coordinate IT deliverables: Participate in implementation meetings, provide HIPAA guidance, ensure system setups, conduct testing, report on client processing, support product rollouts, and resolve issues proactively.
  4. Manage requests and incidents: Triage and resolve EDI issues, monitor client systems, communicate system status, support ad hoc client requests.
  5. Implement process improvements: Partner with IT teams, analyze data, identify and implement enhancements, and stay informed on client-specific rules.
  6. Maintain documentation: Define operational procedures, share analysis outcomes, and contribute to knowledge repositories.
  7. Exhibit excellent teamwork: Support team members, assist with training, and support deployment activities.
  8. Collaborate across departments: Coordinate and communicate effectively.
  9. Ensure compliance: Follow HIPAA regulations.
  10. Demonstrate core company values: Uphold company's competencies and values.
  11. Note: Due to PHI data exposure, this is a High-Risk Role.
