Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or equivalent.
• Consulting and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and client service.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in-person and provides consultative guidance to ensure resolution of client issues.
• Partners with internal departments to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns.
• Provides guidance in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention strategies, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
• May support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup with the assistance of other internal partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies.
• Communicates HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for employee relations issues.
• Maintains awareness of HR trends and conducts training based on available resources.

Works with a small client demographic or less complex client base to assist with HR needs. Maintains ongoing relationships with client contacts and is the primary point of contact for HR service. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and support.<\h3>Responsibilities<\ul><\li>Services clients remotely and in-person and provides consultative guidance to ensure appropriate resolution of client issues. Partner with internal departments/subject matter experts to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns.<\li>Provides consultative guidance and advice to clients in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Performance Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Enhancement.<\li>May support PEO clients with the set-up of EPLI insurance with the assistance of other internal business partners.<\li>May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies.<\li>Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for employee relations issues. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
