Full-Time | Remote | Base + Margin Share

About the Role:

Allied Revenue is seeking a smart, strategic, and results-drivenClient Growth Partnerto help us close high-fit clients and guide them to long-term success. This is a hybrid role combining consultative sales and account leadership. You’ll be winning deals, ensuring client success, and growing accounts. You will have support from the company President and ops-team to accomplish your goals in each campaign.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full client journey: discovery, closing, onboarding, and long-term success
  • Close at least 1 new client per month (average deal value: $120K annually)
  • Hit campaign performance goals 85%+ of the time
  • Retain 75%+ of client accounts year-over-year
  • Upsell or expand 35%+ of accounts by identifying new opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on growth, lead gen, and revenue systems
  • Collaborate with our operations team to deliver measurable results

What You Bring:

  • Strong B2B sales skills and experience with complex or consultative sales
  • Solid grasp of revenue operations and how strategy impacts performance
  • Agency, consulting, or startup experience a plus (but not required)
  • Clear communication and confidence working with senior executives
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships without dropping the ball
  • A bias toward impact, not activity — you're outcome-obsessed

Compensation:

  • Bonus for each new client closed
  • Ongoing bonus based on the margin of accounts you manage
  • Expected earnings: $155K+

Skills & QualificationsRequired:

  • 3–7 years in B2B sales, account management, consulting, or revenue leadership
  • Proven success managing $100K+ deals or client portfolios
  • Experience in outbound sales or closing custom solutions
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing funnels, or revenue operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, confident
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-touch accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable discussing business strategy with founders, CROs, or VPs of Sales
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action and outcomes

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in a growth agency, consultancy, or performance-based service business
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesloft or other modern sales enablement platforms
  • Exposure to lead generation, BDR/SDR programs, or campaign execution workflows
  • Background working cross-functionally with ops teams and creative contributors

Pay: $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
