Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• Minimum of 2 years in business development, marketing, alumni relations or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement, growth initiatives and alumni relations strategies aligned with goals.
• Develop client and stakeholder presentations, event invitations, alumni newsletters and internal communications.
• Coordinate and execute client and alumni events, including social events, dinners and roundtables.
• Assist alumni data management in InterAction, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Analyze alumni data to provide actionable intelligence for attorneys, practice groups and offices.
• Track metrics and prepare reports/surveys to identify trends and ROI benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BD to execute alumni outreach, campaigns and social media.
• Oversee the alumni portal content and ongoing enhancements for internal/external audiences.
