Job summary

The ideal candidate has cash handling experience, strong integrity, and a solid understanding of banking procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Notary license is preferred but not required.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing a cash drawer.
• General understanding of Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by greeting clients and handling transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Proactively discuss financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security, compliance, and policy guidelines.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
