You will handle order processing, maintain clear client communication, seek opportunities for growth, and contribute to strategy development with the Sales team.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, detail orientation, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and experience in sales support or customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met.
• Become an expert in GME Supply’s extensive product offering to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide consistent and actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
