Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a client associate position in a busy financial center. You will engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and accurately process cash transactions while building relationships to identify solutions that meet financial goals.

You will operate within risk controls, follow procedures, and collaborate with specialists in lending, small business and investments to grow client value. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or business-related associate degree is preferred.
