Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting regulatory standards. Willingness to obtain NMLS registration and notary status is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing service, sales, or relationship-building experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required for this role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition at the location by engaging walk-ins, leads, and outbound outreach.
• Engage clients with purposeful discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explain options clearly, including features, benefits, and risks, to help informed decisions.
• Deliver personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to products or services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up to strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on TD products and digital capabilities to improve financial wellness.
