Walker Insurance Agency, Inc. in Perry, Georgia is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who will build strong relationships with personal insurance clients and provide accurate proposals.

You will handle inquiries, renewals, and policy changes with a friendly, customer-focused approach, while maintaining data in our agency management system and delivering top-notch service in a small-town environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent financial industry experience required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in insurance/financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities.
• Keen attention to detail for data entry and client records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assess inbound prospect's personal insurance needs and provide accurate proposals.
• Generate Evidence of Insurance for personal lines clients as needed.
• Provide prompt, friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders regarding coverage, options, changes, claims, rates and billing questions
• Evaluate, review, and remarket renewal policies for existing clients as needed.
• Provide accurate information to policyholders regarding policy terms and coverage.
• Manage, update and maintain accurate client and prospect data in agency management system
