Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, products, and agency procedures.
• Experience working with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, connect to the right departments, and answer inquiries.
• Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction.
• Manage insurance claim filing and processing.
• Assist with cancellation notices and renewal policy evaluation.
