Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation caseload from filing to resolution or trial.
• Communicate with and guide clients through all case stages.
• Handle discovery, motions, and pleadings.
• Gather and evaluate evidence with medical providers, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and present trial-ready cases when necessary.
