PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Mortgage organization.
The role will manage a portfolio of customer relationships, recommend loan solutions, and collaborate with partners to complete mortgage transactions in an in-office setting across PA regions. The position requires minimal prior experience and a customer-focused approach, with opportunities to develop sales skills and expand client coverage in the Pittsburgh South region and surrounding
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent development program
- Strong knowledge of banking products and mortgage processes
- Ability to manage a customer portfolio and develop new relationships
Responsibilities
- Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
- Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and seeks opportunities to retain or develop new clients.
- Conducts sales calls and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Develops and prepares loan solutions and reviews documentation for compliance.
- Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted borrowers.
