Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within three rings and direct callers to the appropriate team member.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for insurance inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims.
• Call clients to set up appointments for insurance reviews and follow-ups.
• Greet walk-in clients and direct to the relevant team member.
• Maintain and purge paper files per state retention guidelines.
• Perform AMS-related tasks and ensure information integrity.
• Provide documents to public accountants, examiners and IRS agents as requested.
• Handle basic accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and reconciliations.
