Zinsou Styles Ayihonsi State Farm is hiring a Multiline Representative to help people protect what matters most. You’ll listen first, explain options clearly, and build trust with neighbors and community members across auto, home, life and more.

You’ll develop relationships with new and existing customers, support daily office operations, and participate in local marketing to raise awareness. Prior insurance experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for our team.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Property and casualty license (MUST BE ABLE TO OPTAIN)
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
