Edward Jones is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor in West Des Moines to partner with financial advisors and client support teammates. You will source and nurture client relationships, deliver personalized financial strategies, and support the practice's growth through referrals and community engagement.

You will pursue required licenses (Series 7, 66, and state insurance) with full sponsorship, while learning financial planning software and digital tools to provide client-centric planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
Strong sales, client关系 management or business development experience.
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals.
Clear communication and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen client relationships by discovery conversations and tailoring financial plans.
Prepare analyses and models to align investments with client goals.
Research performance, propose investments, and adjust portfolios per guidance.
Collaborate with practice team to monitor progress and deliver ongoing planning.
Support outreach and referrals to grow the client base.
