Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

• Clear, confident communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within 3 months; licensing is sponsored.
• Comfort with financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and onboarding.
• Support financial planning by analysis, modeling scenarios, aligning investments with goals.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance and costs, preparing proposals.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to provide ongoing planning and reviews.
• Contribute to client growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
