Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking an Account Manager to oversee all aspects of client marketing programs for trade shows, meetings, and private events. You will be the primary point person, managing creative development through production oversight, logistics coordination, vendor management, and cross-network collaboration.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, developing timelines and budgets, coordinating show services, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in a conference/exhibit/trade show/event marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Pro-active self-starter, entrepreneurial, and creative solutions‑oriented.
• Adaptable, open‑minded and receptive to feedback and able to adjust in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Czarnowski and our clients for all project deliverables.
• Prepare client correspondence, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Czarnowski systems.
• Engage with estimating teams and support services – including creating show services estimates and reformatting existing estimates.
• Develop timelines, schedules, and project plans, and monitor adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with Czarnowski operations and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and show services.
• Manage approval processes and ensure compliance with show-specific rules and regulations.
