Zelle HR is recruiting on behalf of a respected accounting firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work directly with clients.

You will review financial statements and tax returns, respond to notices, and advise clients. CPA or EA designation preferred; 2+ years of accounting/tax experience strongly preferred. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA designation preferred
• Accounting degree is a plus, but not required
• 2+ years of accounting or tax experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Responsabilités

• Review financial statements and accounting records
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Respond to federal and state tax notices
• Consult with established clients and provide trusted financial guidance
• Assist small to mid-sized businesses with their accounting and tax needs
