Responsibilities

• Loan Growth: Monitor and enhance growth of consumer loan portfolio, promoting a full range of loan products.
• Client Experience: Take new loan applications, gather information, and provide personalized service.
• Loan Accuracy: Review applications for completeness before processing.
• Delinquent Loans: Assist with managing loans under 30 days past due and maintain relationships.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Training and Development: Continuously develop product knowledge and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with Retail Operations, Deposit Operations, and Management Team.
