Job summary

Criterion Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager for a growing independent insurance agency in New York. You will respond to daily service needs, review renewals, and advise on coverage options.

In coordination with the producer, you will meet clients as needed, prepare renewal proposals, and help round out accounts with cross-selling opportunities while keeping the agency management system accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Must be P&C licensed in New York.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stay current on insurance knowledge and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service needs of clients.
• Perform renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and make coverage recommendations.
• Ensure data is properly entered in the system upon binding.
• Prepare renewal proposals.
• Round out existing accounts and cross-sell other agency services.
• Document management system as required.
• Meet with clients with the producer as needed.
