CEI Engineering Associates seeks a Program Manager to oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while guiding delivery of quality outcomes for clients across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, prepares, and oversees client-specific multi-project budgets.
• Monitors project budgets and invoices in line with forecasts.
• Reviews progress data to track timelines, costs, and client expectations.
• Maintains relationships with clients and pursues new business opportunities.
• Oversees management and design activities for national accounts, including bid development and scheduling.
