Job summary

• Specific Knowledge : Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently, and confidentially according to the SouthState Bank Service Standards.
• Knows and understands the products and services offered by the Bank, including rules, prices, and simple definitions.
• Identifies customer needs and expands relationships by making referrals per goals for the role.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles other services within assigned limits.
• Processes transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts; balances transactions daily.
• Assures branch records, reports and correspondence are correct and properly distributed.
