Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account transactions and inquiries, wire transfer requests, and currency exchange.
• Monitor, balance cash drawer and coin.
• Complete reports documenting cash or negotiable instruments.
• Update and close consumer checking/savings accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Assist with fraudulent activity dispute forms.
• Review ATM deposits to identify risks and initiate holds or actions.
