Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and using technology to manage the lobby and queues.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge in collaboration with the team.
• Support branch operations and assist with cash handling in line with bank policies.
