Responsibilities

• Process personal/business checking and savings deposits.
• Cash checks according to regulation protocol.
• Accept loan and/or tax payments and issue receipts.
• Process Money Orders and Treasurer's Checks.
• Balance and secure teller station; balance drawer daily and roll coins.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, assist with statements, refer to proper department.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to policies.
