Job summary

On Demand is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, reliable transport for clients to and from appointments using a company vehicle. The role runs full-time, Monday–Friday, days, with a focus on client dignity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

The driver will maintain trip logs, perform safety checks, and coordinate with staff to meet transportation needs while adhering to company policies and traffic regulations. A clean driving record and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of background checks (BCI/FBI) and pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess an acceptable driving record (MVR) for insurance approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide a client-first mentality, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and compassion in all interactions.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport clients to and from approved destinations while ensuring their well-being in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and other required transportation documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and respond to transportation needs.
• Adhere to company confidentiality standards, safeguarding client information at all times.
