Job summary

BMO is seeking a Branch Sales & Service professional to deliver exceptional service in a retail banking setting. You will welcome customers, discuss banking options, and guide them through digital channels while identifying opportunities to extend their relationship with BMO.

You will work with branch partners to refer clients to appropriate banking solutions and contribute to overall branch goals and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or education in related field.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
• Driven to deliver a personal customer experience in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch and advises on digital/self-serve options.
• Identifies referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow relationships.
• Provides personal banking and investment guidance and cross-sells where appropriate.
• Contributes to branch business results and maintains high customer experience standards.
