Job summary

Larimer County is seeking Vehicle Licensing Technicians for its Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park offices. You will process titles, registrations, liens, and placards, assist customers in person and by phone, and help manage mail-in and drop-off transactions.

Qualified candidates will have at least a year of clerical or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and notary commission within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a clerical or customer service field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
• Reliable transportation to be able to work in any County facility as needed and required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Commission as a Notary Public within six (6) months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in person and over the phone with vehicle titles, liens, registrations, and placards.
• Receive, sort, log, and process mail-in and drop-off vehicle titles, liens, registrations, and placards.
• Assist customers in waiting areas by answering questions, providing resources, scheduling appointments, and directing flow.
• EnforceTitle and registration procedures, DV laws, and PPPA/PII regulations.
