Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and instructions.
• Consistently builds relationships with clients and bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures and banking regulations.
• Support daily branch operations and risk mitigation tasks.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolution aligned with service standards.
