Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officers for Missouri City, Texas. This client-facing role focuses on professionalism, communication, and ensuring a safe environment while delivering outstanding service.

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with pay starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have an active Level 2 Security License, pass a background check, and be able to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a client-facing security role.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
• Must have an active Level 2 Security License.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty and assist with directions.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
