You will strengthen customer relationships, support warehouse operations, manage orders and quotes across channels, and coordinate cross-functional work to expand the client experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and meeting client expectations.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support the team with warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships through the sales process while supporting current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all account levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to expand client experience.
