Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Customer Facing Project Manager in New Jersey to scope projects, develop proposals, and manage budgets and timelines. You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure high-quality deliverables across complex programs.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading in matrixed environments, with familiarity in Agile and SDLC methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience defining, estimating & scheduling project work and resource mapping.
• 2+ years of experience managing project financials including PO burn rate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly integrated status of all project activities including status, issues, risks and finances.
• Conduct performance monitoring, information, and reporting to diagnose root causes.
• Identify and elevate critical issues promptly.
• Review documentation and deliverables to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure teams deliver complete scope with desired quality and timeliness.
• Keep the team apprised of project tasks and progress via plans and minutes.
• Act as single point of contact for Support, PMO, Product Management and R&D.
• Support PMO initiatives and SOP updates.
• Adhere to Agile and SDLC processes.
