Job summary

Commure is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate directly with healthcare clients, understand their needs, and help design and implement customized solutions that advance patient access and care quality. This role blends hands-on engineering with client-facing activities in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

You will travel up to 35% to client sites, assist in deployment and integration, and contribute to documentation, best practices, and ongoing improvements alongside

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering and system design.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0-1 products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Client-facing collaboration with healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo.
• Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
• Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
• Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
• Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
• Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.
• Visit new places and meet interesting people in the heart of healthcare
