Job summary

SpeedPro Central PA is seeking a dedicated individual to bridge customers with our studio, turning requirements into designs and concrete solutions. You will craft templates with Adobe Illustrator, manage CRM-driven workflows, and coordinate with production and vendors to deliver high-quality, customized prints.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service and graphic design (Illustrator), plus a degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Customer Service.
• 3+ years of Graphic Design experience using Adobe Illustrator.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into design and production specs.
• Use Adobe Illustrator to create design templates for vehicle wraps and displays.
• Use CRM to track calls, create estimates, work orders, and billing.
• Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.
• Ensure quality of all products.
