Impact Collective in New York City is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our print shop team. This hands-on role guides a project from the customer's initial idea through design, production, and a finished printed product.

You will work directly with customers to understand their vision, translate concepts, and prepare production-ready artwork while coordinating with production staff to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience creating print-ready artwork for business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, signage, and other print products.
• Ability to translate customer ideas into professional designs and proofs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand design, printing, and branding needs.
• Create and modify designs for various print products.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and proofs for print.
• Review files for resolution, bleed, color, and other production requirements.
• Collaborate with print production staff to ensure accurate output.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced shop.
