Job summary

Corcoran Glass & Paint seeks a Project Manager for its Glass Division to oversee concrete glass projects from contract through completion. You will be the main customer contact, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and coordinate with field crews and internal teams to meet contractual, quality, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes project-level coordination, communication, and financial performance, requiring strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• GDS experience preferred but not required.
• AutoCAD experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from contract execution through final closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact for active projects, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build, maintain, enhance and foster long term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, labor, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Analyze job costs, revenue, and profitability; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and project quotes.
• Manage change orders and negotiate scope, pricing, and schedule adjustments as needed.
• Estimating Change orders on current projects and small client projects.
• Facilitate or attend project-related meetings with customers, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Act as liaison between customers, field employees, fabrication shop, and internal departments.
• Identify and proactively resolve project issues impacting schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
• Review material receipts check for quality and quantity. Approve invoices by matching quantity product and pricing.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite environment.
