Job summary

You'll support front lobby transactions, maintain compliance, and work toward securities licenses (Series 7 and 66) with company-provided training and tuition reimbursement for CFP or equivalent credentials. The role follows Fidelity's onsite working model.

Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
• Support to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is provided
• Tuition reimbursement for CFP, degree, or equivalent credential is available
• Technology champion in the branch, adopting new tools and sharing knowledge to boost team performance
• Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
• Ability to assess client needs and find opportunities
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
