Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Financial Representative to be the branch’s official face, delivering rewarding client interactions, building long-lasting relationships, and upholding integrity and service.

You will support daily lobby transactions, work toward Series 7 and 66 licenses, and contribute as a technology champion by adopting new tools and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service or phone-based support experience in financial services
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
• Must prepare for Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
• A degree or equivalent experience is beneficial; CFP is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Fidelity’s valued clients and deliver an exceptional branch experience
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and make effective introductions
• Partner with team to support front lobby transactions and branch success
• Embrace new tools as an early adopter and share knowledge with the team
