Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a California-licensed attorney to join our new-client team in Temecula. This highly relational role focuses on intake, trust-building, and connecting clients with the right litigation team.

You will consult with prospective clients, explain services and next steps, and guide them through onboarding, while earning substantial performance-based bonuses beyond base salary.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, confident, and professional presence.
• Strong judgment and ability to quickly understand complex situations.

• Comfortable discussing fees and asking for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Listen to concerns, assess needs, and determine fit for client and firm.
• Build rapport and confidence during challenging life moments.
• Explain firm services, attorneys, retainer requirements, and next steps.
• Match clients with the appropriate attorney based on case complexity and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients through engagement.
• Oversee initial onboarding and seamless transition to litigation team.
