Job summary

C-4 Analytics in Chicago, IL is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own a portfolio of key clients and translate complex objectives into winning digital campaigns.

You will drive strategy across Paid Search, Social, and Web, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and present results with confidence. Office-based with hybrid options, candidates should have 3+ years in digital marketing and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or direct client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate client goals into digital programs and present value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advocate and contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle across Paid Search, Social, and Web.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute strategies.
• Analyze data with GA/Ads and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Lead client update meetings and maintain proactive communication.
