Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new securities-based loans and GS Select savings accounts.
• Manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline, track status and escalation.
• Prepare, review, and validate client documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Regional Banking Directors and Operations to ensure consistent experience.
• Provide guidance on onboarding requirements, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and improve scalability.
