Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire to take customer transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice.
• Understands and supports the Bank's Customer Service Strategy; delivers end-to-end advice and proactive insights.
• Serves as a Customer advocate in improving financial confidence and providing proactive tips.
• Executes responsibilities to deliver a Legendary customer experience in-store.
• Engages in lobby leadership by greeting customers, discovering needs and guiding referrals.
• Educates customers on self-service options and digital channels to meet their needs.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and maintains TD's risk and control policies.
