Job summary

Anblicks seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for an enterprise data and AI platform. This onshore, client-facing role facilitates the Scrum framework, coordinates a distributed onshore/offshore team, removes impediments, and ensures predictable, high-quality delivery.

The successful candidate is a servant leader with strong facilitation and coaching skills, guiding sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement to meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project or delivery management, including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile; SAFe experience a plus.
• Experience facilitating distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams across time zones.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills; servant-leadership mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing delivery and status reporting.
• Solid grasp of delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and how to use them to drive improvement.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI/ML platform projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across onshore and offshore team members.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments; elevate risks and dependencies proactively.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog and well-defined user stories.
• Manage sprint execution and delivery governance: track velocity, burndown, throughput, and reporting.
• Coordinate across time zones to keep the distributed team aligned and delivering.
• Support release planning and readiness; communicate risks and timelines to stakeholders.
• Serve as a key contact for stakeholders and SMEs, driving open decisions to closure.
• Champion Agile maturity and process improvements within the team and engagement.
• Protect the team from scope creep while maintaining transparency on progress and trade-offs.
