Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or internships.
• Wealth management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to aid retention and coordinate client activities.
• Maintain client files and compile quarterly asset values for billing and fees.
• Manage day-to-day office duties: scheduling, marketing, AP/AR, receptionist support.
• Understand client business needs and identify value-added services.
• Review activities for controls to prevent errors and misstatements.
• Attend client service associate meetings and training resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
