Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking a Client Services Consultant to support advisors and clients within a national hybrid model. You will schedule meetings, handle client requests, and provide a full range of support including financial transactions and account maintenance.

The role requires strong communication, ability to travel up to 30% nationally, and licensing readiness (SIE, Series 7/66 or 63/65) within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the assigned advisor and team to build business and service clients.
• Schedule client/prospect meetings and prepare materials.
• Assist with a full range of client services including financial transactions and account maintenance.
• Develop technology relationships to support operational effectiveness during branch assignments.
• Drive technology adoption to enhance client experiences and advisor engagement.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Maintain digital literacy across devices to support client-facing technologies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and onboarding activities.
