Job summary

Abacus in Phoenix seeks a Client Experience Manager to build strong client relationships, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Abacus products and services and driving satisfaction and retention.

You will partner with sales, product, and support teams to onboard clients, conduct business reviews, and resolve issues quickly. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the office and strong cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred.
• 3–5+ years in Customer Success, IT, or technical account management.
• Experience with MSP services and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, establish and maintain relationships and guide onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular business reviews (Client Success Plans) to understand clients' objectives and technical stack.
• Identify opportunities to tailor Abacus products to client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
• Own day-to-day pipeline management from initial contact to deal progression and closure.
